Rental Terms:
- This lease consists of fixed rentals over a fixed period of time. At the end of the term you can either continue to rent on reduced terms or sign again & have a complete upgrade with a new installation.
- You are able to deduct lease rental payments from taxable income as a trading expense.
- The lease rentals can be placed on or off the balance sheet.
